Refund & Cancellation Policy

Order cancellations

You can cancel an order by messaging us on WhatsApp or calling us as soon as possible after placing it. Orders that have already been prepared or are in the process of being prepared may not be eligible for cancellation.

Refunds

If a refund is approved (for example, an item was unavailable or an order was cancelled in time), the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 5–7 business days, or handled in cash/UPI at our discretion for in-person orders.

Quality issues

If you receive an item that is incorrect or doesn't meet quality expectations, please let us know within a few hours of pickup/delivery via WhatsApp or phone with a photo where possible, so we can make it right.
